As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our management team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support HR with onboarding, leave tracking, and internal communications.
  • Assist the accounting team with invoices, petty cash, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage service providers.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in the office.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams when needed.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic (French is an advantage).
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
