We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Full-Stack Developer to join our Lebanon headquarters. This role is pivotal for developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM) and Power Platform solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM modules (Finance, Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement).
  • Implement full-stack solutions: front-end (UI, portals, client-side scripting) and back-end (plugins, workflows, integrations).
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware tools.
  • Develop and extend solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Participate in system architecture, database design, and cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM).
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Angular is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, workflows, and data migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure services, and API integrations.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications are a strong advantage.
