We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (ERP & Digital Transformation) to join our Lebanon headquarters. This role is key to understanding client needs, translating them into functional requirements, and ensuring ERP solutions (Odoo & Dynamics) align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and digital transformation projects.
  • Map client business processes and recommend ERP solutions (Odoo & Dynamics 365).
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers and project teams.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure requirements are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Support solution design, configuration, and testing phases.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client needs and system capabilities.
  • Prepare documentation: workflows, process diagrams, functional requirements.
  • Provide training, demos, and user support when needed.
  • Stay updated on ERP trends, digital transformation practices, and Microsoft/Odoo releases.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP or IT consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of business workflows (finance, supply chain, HR, CRM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Excellent skills in process documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
  • ERP/Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ERP vendor certifications) are an advantage.
