These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Globymall Tech (the “Company”). By accessing or using our services, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Responsibility for Content:
The Client is solely responsible for the content displayed on their website and any consequences arising from its use. Globymall Tech shall not be held liable for any damages or issues caused by the Client’s content or website.
- Hosting Responsibility:
Globymall Tech provides hosting services for the Client’s website. We are not responsible for any data loss or website damage resulting from issues with the hosting provider.
- Cybersecurity:
While Globymall Tech is committed to ensuring the security of the Client’s website, we are not responsible for any cyberattacks or breaches. We may offer services to address such issues, which may incur additional fees.
- Digital Marketing Results:
Globymall Tech offers digital marketing services aimed at improving the Client’s online presence. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our team will work diligently to achieve the best possible results for the Client.
- Software Development
Globymall Tech provides custom software development services tailored to your business needs. While we strive for high-quality results, specific outcomes or performance are not guaranteed and may depend on various factors.
- App Development
We offer app development for iOS and Android platforms, focusing on design, development, and maintenance. We aim for high-quality apps, but specific performance results or market success are not guaranteed.
- Website Development
Our website development services include custom design and ongoing maintenance. Clients do not have access to source code or advanced customization tools, but we provide database backups upon request. Specific results related to website traffic or performance are not guaranteed.
- Cloud & IT Services
Globymall Tech delivers cloud infrastructure setup, management, and IT solutions, including migration and data management. While we provide robust solutions, we are not liable for disruptions or data loss during cloud operations or IT migrations.
- Access to Source Code and Customization Tools:
Clients do not have access to the source code or customization tools for their websites. Upon request, we will provide a backup copy of the database in .csv format.
- Payment Methods:
Globymall Tech accepts various payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers, and cash for payments under $7,000. Clients may deposit up to $20,000 into their account for use with our services. Deposits exceeding this amount may require KYC approval, allowing up to $1 million.
- Payment:
The Client is responsible for timely payment of all invoices and fees. A grace period of 10 days will be provided following a payment notice. If payment is not received, services may be suspended until payment is made. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for unpaid invoices, and the Client will be liable for all associated legal and attorney fees.
- Refund Policy:
All digital products and services provided by Globymall Tech are non-refundable. Any deposits or pre-payments made by the Client are also non-refundable.
- Support:
Our standard support hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM GMT +2, Monday through Friday. Critical support is available 24/7.
- Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Globymall Tech is located.
- Changes to Terms:
Globymall Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
By using the services provided by Globymall Tech, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
