Globymall Tech is a fast-growing enterprise technology company specializing in ERP solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our management team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Handle phone calls, emails, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support HR with onboarding, leave tracking, and internal communications.
- Assist the accounting team with invoices, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Maintain and order office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage service providers.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in the office.
- Provide administrative support to project teams when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic (French is an advantage).
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
